Customer Service Staff

The Otsego County Commission on Aging (OCCOA) employs a customer service representatives and a customer services coordinator to assist those who call the agency or drop by the main office with questions or concerns.  They are prepared to answer all kinds of questions and provide direction and assistance for older adults, family caregivers, and people with disabilities in need.  Together, these caring women field over 100 phone calls and client visits to the office window every day!

OCCOA's Customer Service Department
will assist you with your questions.

OCCOA offers qualifying adults homemaking services, personal care services, adult day services, daily reassurance phone calls, rides to medical appointments, home-delivered meals, advocacy, and respite care services.  Many social and educational activities, as well as support groups and volunteer opportunities, are also offered by the agency.  The customer service department is responsible for providing information about these services, activities and programs, as well as enrolling people for them.  Whatever the concern, the customer service department has been trained to help those who are in need, or provide referrals for services the agency does not offer.
